We had a fantastic stay at Bali Rich Villas. The villa was spacious with a large living room, bedroom, and bathroom. The private pool was the perfect size for the two of us. The location was ideal, just a 10-minute walk from Seminyak Square. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options. We would highly recommend this villa and would definitely stay here again.

Het personeel was uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers waren eenvoudig maar schoon, en de bedden waren verrassend comfortabel. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en er ontbrak niets. Daarnaast was de locatie van het hotel perfect, met vele bezienswaardigheden en winkels op loopafstand. Het hotel had ook gratis parkeergelegenheid achter het gebouw, wat erg handig was. Al met al hadden we een fantastische ervaring in dit hotel.

The staff were great, always smiling. The villa was very large with good facilities, making it good value for money. The private BBQ with chef inside our villa was a highlight.

Felt like in a fairy, no complaints whatsoever.

I absolutely loved the beautiful decorations throughout the hotel. The attention to detail in the design and furnishings created a charming and cozy atmosphere. The hotel's general areas were also well-maintained and clean, making it easy for senior people like me to navigate and enjoy. Additionally, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility features, such as handrails and well-lit pathways, which made my stay comfortable and safe.

The only thing I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is that the children working there could be a bit more attentive and considerate towards the needs of older guests. A little extra patience and assistance would go a long way in ensuring a delightful experience for seniors.

The room is really nice with a great private swimming pool.

There was no hot water in the room. We stayed only for one night so could not be bothered to get it fixed or change the room but I'm sure they would have done it if we asked for.

Limited breakfast menu, the room was not clean enough, I rate the villa as three stars villa.

I recently stayed at Bali Rich Villas for a week with my fiance and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They helped us track down a lost phone, assisted with a detailed proposal, and arranged decorations and a cake for my fiance's birthday. The villa was perfect and cleaned daily, and the facilities and location were excellent. We also hired their driver for a day and he provided great recommendations. I can't thank the staff enough for making our holiday unforgettable!

I stayed 5 nights at Bali rich, the overall experience was good. Room is big and comfortable. Staff are helpful n attentive. Free shuttle offered was fantastic.

Breakfast served daily was usually cold. The air con was broken down the on the last night, the technicians came n restored the power but had never solved the root problem.

The villas were super spacious and comfortable, perfect for hanging out with friends. The air conditioning worked like a charm, keeping us cool during the hot Bali days. And the outdoor area with the pool was the best spot to relax and have some fun in the sun. The staff were really friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the location was perfect, with a supermarket nearby for all our snack needs and a scooter rental place just a few meters away. We had a blast exploring the area's activities, like outlet shopping and golfing.

The only thing we wished for was a livelier atmosphere at the hotel. It would've been even more fun if there were some young party vibes or events happening, especially for us teenagers who love to have a good time.

The privacy that the villa provides, garden is quite big. Pool is nice. Overall size of the villa, very spacious. Size of the bathroom. Staff was really really nice and welcoming. The spa was reasonably priced and very good.

Surroundings, and it can be a bit noisy. There was a rooster in the property next door which was really annoying since it started singing at 6am almost the whole day. Staff was very accommodating and moved us to another villa, with a more modern bathroom, and offered us some extra perks like dinner and a massage. The surroundings are not very pretty, and it is maybe a 15 min or more walk to the center of Seminyak, although a taxi is only US$2 and less than 5 min away, and the hotel offers a shuttle service there. Although the villas are very nice and just like in the pictures, the first villa we had needed some painting and some other minor details. The second villa was more modern and nicer.
